when i was younger, i had a list of things i would NEVER do. not just... not supposed to do or should not do... these were things i said i would NEVER do. i'm realizing now that really, never saying never is probably the best bet. because all of those things i said i'd never do? i've done them.
for example.
i said i'd never get a tattoo. i got one on my 18th birthday.
i said i'd never work at a bank. my first job when i got out of college.
i said i'd never get married. yup. married. almost a year now.
i said i'd never convert my religion. now, studying to be a jehovah's witness.
the only thing i think i've said i'd never do that i haven't done is have kids before seeing all 50 states... but maybe that's because i said i'd like to... rather than i will never. and please, don't let this mean that i'm going to get pregnant. i so could not handle that right now.
